the accommodation was high class yet reasonably priced, providing excellent comfort and fantastic service. the well-equipped gym and the cozy 9 Bar coffee on the fourth floor were highlights for me. situated near the oasis shopping center and jarir bookstore, the hotel was very convenient for shopping and leisure activities.

the hotel's location was magnificent, so close to khamis mushait. the a double room was wonderful and perfect for what we needed. the staff were excellent and excellent co-operating all the time.

My Christmas stay at this hotel was a delightful and comfortable experience. The amenities provided at the hotel left me impressed. The swimming pool was a standout option for me, with water that was just the right temperature and a clean environment. The complimentary breakfast was impressive with a great selection of dishes that were freshly prepared and delicious. the hotel was located close to the city center, making it convenient for me to access tourist attractions and shopping centers.

Despite the excellent amenities and location, there were a few downsides to my stay at this hotel. The hotel lacked adequate soundproofing, and I found myself waking up several times at night due to noise from the street outside.

The hotel was located in a great area, close to a lot of popular attractions. the staff was very friendly and welcoming, and they were always available when we needed them. We also enjoyed the amenities offered, such as the pool and the gym, which were both well-maintained and clean.

Our room wasn't as clean as we would have liked it to be. the bathroom could have used a bit more attention, as there were a few stray hairs and some dust in the corners.

The hotel provided outstanding service with extremely courteous staff, who always attended to all my needs. the luxurious indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi facilities were perfect for relaxation. the massage service offered was top-notch.

The portion sizes at the hotel restaurant were small for the pricing.
